We’re looking for a warm, genuine, and driven Executive Housekeeper with the skills to provide our guests with top-tier hospitality and an unforgettable, authentic Houston experience to lead our Housekeeping department.
Commitment to superior guest service.
Working with department team members to ensure squeaky clean rooms and public areas.
Inspecting rooms to ensure department members are cleaning rooms and public areas in accordance with company quality standards.
Consistently meeting and exceeding all brand quality standards.
Coordinate repair needs with the Maintenance Department.
Hire, train, develop, and motivate a staff of about 20 people.
Experience in supervising and coaching a team of up to 20 people
Goal-oriented, able to work on multiple tasks at the same time
Detail-oriented people person who thrives in a team environment
Experience as a Hotel Executive Housekeeper is preferred, although equivalent similar experience may be considered
Experience within the Intercontinental, Hilton or Marriott family of brands is a plus, but not required
