  • Overview

    Pathfinder Development has an exciting opportunity to join our growing corporate office as the Human Resource Administrator. This position would assist with a variety of duties in coordinating Talent Management. This position will report primarily to the Talent Manager and secondarily to the Pathfinder Executive Team, composed of Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and the Senior Accountant.   


    Responsibilities include:

    • Assist in scheduling, tracking, & testing for knowledge for Pathfinder Training and Development efforts
    • Coordinate all New Hire documentation - applications, background checks, on boarding
    • Coordinate New Employee Benefits and Handbooks – including ACA medical insurance documentation, employee paid leave policies
    • Maintain database of employee benefits, anniversaries, reviews, etc.
    • Assist with Recruitment efforts, including coordination of job fairs
    • Help find networking events for Hotel General Managers and members of the Executive Team to attend
    • Help find passive candidates on Linked In, and Social Media to create an ongoing talent pipeline for Talent Manager and Executive Team to build relationships with
    • Train Property Level Management on Passive Recruiting
    • Help the company maintain a strong social media presence which helps attract talent by showcasing Team Building, Team Development and Platinum Service successes for each property

    Other duties (as needed):

    • Assist Pathfinder Executive team with occasional special projects such as finding best in class technology to help with coordination of company onboarding and training efforts
    • Help prepare presentations for Executive team to roll out new initiatives and assist in revamping company’s Training and Development platform
    • Support Accounting team on occasional projects such as data compilation
    • Limited travel will be required
